Talk

Talk about mental illness:  Education about mental health and wellness is a key focus of the Crazy for Walking initiative.  During 3 – 10 October a team of mental health speakers will visit organizations to deliver free talks on mental health.  If you would like us to come and do a talk at your organization, school or church contact the coordinator in your region:

Wear

any Crazy Socks on 10 October (World Mental Health Day)– Show your support on 10 October by wearing crazy socks.  Official Crazy for Walking “Crazy Socks” are available at R50 per pair from participating private psychiatric hospitals.
